These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zeiko website (“Site”) and the purchase of any products from Zeiko (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Zeiko, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy.
2. Eligibility & Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Product Information & Display
We make every effort to display product descriptions, details, and colours accurately. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Such variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
4. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Zeiko reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including but not limited to:
• Pricing or typographical errors
• Product unavailability
• Payment issues
• Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity
If your order is cancelled, any paid amount (except COD advance) will be handled as per applicable policy.
5. Pricing & Payments
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
A mandatory ₹50 advance payment is required for all COD orders.
This amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including:
• Order cancellation
• Refusal of delivery
• Failed delivery attempts
• Customer unavailability
6. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 2 working days from confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, location, weather, or government restrictions.
• Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

7. Returns & Exchanges
• We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Size or colour preference
• Minor colour differences
• Personal dissatisfaction
• Returns or exchanges are only allowed under conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.
• No monetary refunds are provided. Only:
• Replacement, or
• Store credit
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, images, designs, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Zeiko and protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeiko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts
