Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product is damaged or defective

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photos/videos
• Mandatory unboxing video

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.


2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are allowed only for:
• Wrong product
• Manufacturing defect
• Transit damage

Not allowed for:
• Size change
• Colour change
• Personal preference


3. COD Advance

The ₹50 COD advance is non-refundable under all circumstances.


4. Product Condition

Products must be in resalable condition. Zeiko reserves the right to reject any claim if criteria are not met.


5. Colour Disclaimer

Minor colour differences due to lighting or display settings are not considered defects.


6. Refunds

No cash refunds. Only:
• Replacement, or
• Store credit


7. Right to Refuse

Zeiko reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with policy conditions.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order, you confirm full acceptance of all Terms, Policies, and Conditions stated above.
