₹50 non-refundable advance is mandatory for all COD orders.

Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made. Incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability may lead to return shipment.

Customers must provide accurate address and contact details. Zeiko is not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect information.

Weather, strikes, lockdowns, or courier issues are beyond our control and liability.

Do not accept damaged parcels. Contact us immediately with proof.
