1. Order Processing & Dispatch
• All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days from order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.
2. Shipping Coverage
• Zeiko ships all over India.
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–6 business days
• Remote areas: 5–8 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to external circumstances.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For all COD orders:
• A ₹50 advance payment is mandatory at the time of placing the order.
• This amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including:
• Order cancellation
• Refusal to accept the parcel
• Customer not available at delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failed delivery attempts
• The remaining order amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
This policy helps us prevent fake orders and maintain efficient operations.
4. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• Any COD or handling charges are included in the final order total.
5. Delivery Attempts
• 2–3 delivery attempts will be made by the courier partner.
• If the order is returned due to non-acceptance or non-availability, the ₹50 advance will not be refunded.
6. Address & Contact Details
Customers must provide:
• Accurate and complete shipping address
• Correct mobile number
Zeiko is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.
7. Delays Due to Uncontrollable Factors
Delays may occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Transport disruptions
• High-volume sale periods
Such delays are beyond our control and do not make Zeiko liable for compensation.
8. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
• If your parcel appears damaged or tampered, please do not accept it.
• Contact us immediately with proper proof (photos/videos).
• Cases will be handled after verification.
