RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Zeiko, we follow a strict quality check process, but if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are here to help.


1. Return Policy

We do not offer returns for reasons such as:
• Change of mind
• Size issues
• Color preference
• Personal liking

Returns are only accepted if:
• You receive a wrong product
• You receive a damaged or defective product

Conditions:
• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit, depending on availability.


2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
• Wrong product received
• Manufacturing defect
• Damaged item received

Exchanges are not applicable for:
• Size issues
• Color variation
• Change of design or style
• Personal preference

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photos/videos
• Unboxing video


3. COD Orders & Returns
• For COD orders, the ₹50 advance payment is non-refundable, even if the product is returned or exchanged.
• If a COD order is refused or not accepted at delivery, no return or refund will be applicable.


4. Product Condition for Return/Exchange

The product must:
• Be unused and unwashed
• Have original tags and packaging
• Be in resalable condition

Any product failing quality checks will not be accepted.


5. Color Disclaimer
• Actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography.
• Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.


6. Refunds
• Zeiko does not provide monetary refunds.
• Approved cases will be resolved through:
• Replacement of the product, or
• Store credit for future purchases

The ₹50 COD advance is non-refundable in all situations.


7. Right to Refuse

Zeiko reserves the right to:
• Reject any return or exchange request that does not meet policy conditions
• Refuse repeated or suspicious claims


8. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with Zeiko, you confirm that you:
• Have read and understood the Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy
• Agree to the ₹50 non-refundable COD advance
• Accept all terms and conditions mentioned above
